Overview

TX4152 is a synchronous buck regulator with an input voltage range of 8V to 60V. It offers excellent load regulation and line regulation capabilities, delivering a continuous output current of up to 3.5A. The switching frequency of the TX4152 is adjustable via a resistor, and its high-efficiency design supports a synchronous topology. Current-mode operation provides fast transient response and benefits loop stability. The TX4152 integrates internal soft-start, over-temperature protection, output short-circuit protection, and current limiting protection, enhancing system reliability. The TX4152 requires only a minimal number of standard external components. The TX4152 converter is available in an industry-standard SOP-14 package.
