Overview
TX4314 is a low-noise switched-capacitor voltage doubler. It generates a regulated output voltage from a 2.7V to 4.5V input. The minimal external component count (only one flying capacitor and two small bypass capacitors for VIN and VOUT) makes the device ideal for small battery-powered applications. The device features over-temperature protection and can withstand continuous short circuits from VOUT to GND. A low-current shutdown function disconnects the load from VIN, with quiescent current <1μA. The device is available in a SOT23-6 package.
