TX6122

TX6122 is a high-efficiency, high-precision switching buck high-power LED constant-current driver IC with an integrated 60V power MOSFET. The IC employs a peak current control method with fixed off-time, where the off-time is adjustable via an external capacitor, allowing the operating frequency to be modified according to user requirements. The LED drive current for high-brightness LEDs can be controlled by adjusting the external current-sense resistor, achieving the desired constant luminance. LED dimming is implemented by applying a PWM signal to the DIM pin, which also supports linear dimming. An integrated VDD zener diode and over-temperature protection circuit help reduce external component count and improve system reliability.
