TX6126

TX6126 is a high-efficiency, high-precision switching buck LED constant-current driver IC with an integrated 90V power MOSFET. It employs a fixed off-time peak current control scheme, where the off-time is adjustable via an external capacitor, allowing the operating frequency to be configured per user requirements. By adjusting the external current sense resistor, the IC regulates the drive current of high-brightness LEDs to achieve the desired constant luminance. Applying a PWM signal to the DIM pin enables LED dimming; the DIM pin also supports linear dimming. The IC integrates a VDD zener regulator and over-temperature protection circuitry, reducing external component count and improving system reliability. The IC is available in ESOP8 and SOT23-6 packages. In the ESOP8 package, the exposed thermal pad is internally connected to the SW pin.
