TX6128

TX6128 is a high-efficiency, high-precision switched buck high-power LED constant-current driver IC with an integrated 100V power MOSFET. The device employs a peak current control scheme with fixed off-time, where the off-time is adjustable via an external capacitor, allowing the operating frequency to be configured per user requirements. The LED drive current for high-brightness LEDs can be controlled by adjusting an external current-sense resistor, maintaining the desired constant luminosity. Applying a PWM signal to the DIM pin enables LED dimming; this pin also supports analog dimming. An integrated VDD zener regulator and over-temperature protection circuit reduce external component count and improve system reliability. The device is available in an ESOP8 package, with the exposed pad internally connected to the SW pin.
