TX6141

TX6141 is a buck LED constant-current driver operating in continuous inductor current conduction mode, designed to drive one or multiple LED strings. It operates over a supply voltage range of 5.5V to 30V and provides an adjustable output current with a maximum of 1A. Depending on the input voltage and external components, it can drive LEDs with total power up to tens of watts. The device integrates a power switch and a high-side current sensing circuit, along with a DIM pin supporting both PWM and analog dimming. When the DIM pin voltage falls below 0.3V, the output is shut down and the device enters standby mode. A built-in over-temperature protection circuit activates protection mode when the die reaches the over-temperature threshold, gradually reducing the output current to enhance system reliability. A patented circuit architecture ensures no output current overshoot during low dropout operation, thereby extending LED service life. The constant-current circuit offers excellent load regulation and line regulation.
