Overview

TX6143 is a continuous inductor current conduction mode step-down LED constant-current driver designed to drive one or multiple LED strings. Operating voltage ranges from 5.5V to 60V, providing adjustable output current with a maximum output current of up to 1.2A. Depending on the input voltage and external components, it can drive LEDs with power up to tens of watts. The device integrates a power switch, employs a high-side current sensing circuit, and features a DIM pin compatible with both PWM and analog dimming. When the DIM pin voltage falls below 0.3V, the output shuts down and enters standby mode, with current gradually decreasing to improve system reliability. A patented circuit architecture eliminates output current overshoot during low dropout operation, extending LED service life. A patented constant-current circuit delivers excellent load regulation and line regulation. Available in SOT89-5 and ESOP8 packages.
