TX6214

TX6214 is a high-efficiency, high-accuracy boost LED constant-current driver controller IC. It integrates a high-precision error amplifier, oscillator, and constant-current drive circuit, making it especially suitable for high-power, multi-string high-brightness LED constant-current driving. The chip employs fixed-frequency PWM control, with the operating frequency configurable via an external resistor. Built-in frequency compensation eliminates the need for external compensation, simplifying application design and reducing peripheral component count. The chip integrates soft-start, output overvoltage protection, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and over-temperature protection circuits, further reducing peripheral components and improving system reliability. The chip is available in a SOP-8 package.
