Overview

TX6301 is a high-precision, high-efficiency buck-boost LED constant-current driver control IC with a wide input/output voltage range. The IC employs current-mode closed-loop control to achieve high-precision constant-current driving. Operating frequency is adjustable via an external capacitor. Built-in cycle-by-cycle current limiting protection, soft-start, and over-temperature protection ensure system reliability. A built-in dimming pin allows LED dimming by applying a PWM signal to the CE pin. The IC features stable and reliable operation with fast dynamic response, delivering high-precision, high-efficiency buck-boost constant-current driving. Built-in VDD Zener diode. Available in SOP8 package.
