Overview

TX6410B is a linear buck LED constant-current driver with PWM dimming capability. Only one external resistor is required to form a complete LED constant-current driver circuit. The output current can be adjusted by varying this external resistor, with an output current range of 10mA to 2000mA. TX6410B integrates a 30V 50mΩ MOS with built-in over-temperature protection to effectively safeguard the IC against damage caused by overheating. TX6410B features very low quiescent current with a typical value of 60μA. TX6410B supports PWM dimming, allowing LED current adjustment by applying a PWM signal to the DIM pin. TX6410B is available in an ESOP8 package with an exposed thermal pad connected to the LED pin.
