Overview
U0349 is a high-frequency, synchronous rectification, step-down switching mode converter with integrated power MOSFETs. The device is available in multiple frequency and feedback voltage versions for different application requirements. It delivers up to 3A maximum output current over a wide input voltage range with excellent load and line regulation performance. The ECOT PSM control mode provides ultra-fast transient response, simplified loop design, and tight output regulation. The U0349 requires minimal external components and comes in an ESOP8 package.
