Overview
The U6119S/SA/SC series is a monolithic control circuit that provides the primary functions for DC-DC voltage conversion. The device incorporates an internal temperature-compensated reference, a comparator, a duty cycle-controlled oscillator with an active current limiting circuit, a driver, and a high-voltage high-current output switch. The output voltage is adjustable via two external resistors, with a reference accuracy of 2%. The U6119S/SA/SC series devices are designed with minimal external components, making them suitable for step-down applications.
