Overview

The uP431 series ICs are three-terminal adjustable shunt regulators with guaranteed thermal stability over the entire operating range. These devices feature very sharp turn-on characteristics, low temperature coefficient, and low output impedance, making them ideal replacements for Zener diodes in applications such as switching power supplies, chargers, and other adjustable regulators. The uP431 is specifically suited for industrial application types. This precision voltage reference offers two bandgap tolerance grades: Grade A at 0.4% and Grade B at 1%. The uP431 operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
