Overview

The uP431H series ICs are three-terminal adjustable shunt regulators with guaranteed thermal stability over the entire operating range. These ICs feature very sharp turn-on characteristics, low temperature coefficient, and low output impedance, making them ideal replacements for Zener diodes in applications such as switching power supplies, chargers, and other adjustable regulators. The uP431H is particularly suited for industrial application types. The uP431H precision voltage reference offers one bandgap tolerance grade: Grade A: ±0.3%. The uP431H operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C.
