Overview
The WD1305E20 is a high efficiency, 500kHz switch frequency, synchronous step-down DC-DC converter with delivering 2A current capability. The WD1305E20 operates over a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 18V and integrates main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss. The WD1305E20 applies Constant-on-time (COT) control mode which provides very fast load transient response and easy loop design. The WD1305E20 integrates full protections features including short-circuit protection, over-current protection, under voltage protection and thermal shutdown to make the part operating safely.
