Overview
XBL1410 is a 300KHz fixed-frequency monolithic step-down switching mode regulator with an integrated power MOSFET. It delivers 2A continuous output current over a wide input voltage range with excellent load and line regulation. The device integrates a voltage reference, oscillator circuit, error amplifier, and internal PMOS. The PWM control circuit allows duty cycle adjustment from 0 to 100% linearly, with built-in enable function, overcurrent protection, and short-circuit protection. An internal compensation module is also integrated to minimize external component count. The XBL1410 is an ideal power supply unit for portable devices.
