Overview
XBL1509B is a 150KHz fixed-frequency PWM step-down DC-DC converter capable of driving a 2A load, featuring high efficiency, low ripple, and excellent line and load regulation. The regulator requires minimal external components, is easy to use, and integrates internal frequency compensation and a fixed-frequency oscillator. Its PWM control circuit enables linear duty cycle adjustment from 0% to 100%. Enable functionality and overcurrent protection are integrated internally. When the secondary current limiting function is triggered, the operating frequency reduces from 150KHz to 50KHz. The built-in compensation module minimizes the number of external components.
