Overview
XBL4015 is a 180KHz fixed-frequency PWM buck (step-down) DC/DC converter capable of efficiently driving a 5A load, featuring low ripple and excellent line and load regulation. The regulator requires a minimum number of external components for ease of use, incorporating internal frequency compensation and a fixed-frequency oscillator. The PWM control circuit enables linear duty cycle adjustment from 0 to 100%. Built-in overcurrent protection is included; during short-circuit protection, the operating frequency reduces from 180KHz to 48KHz. An internal compensation module is integrated to minimize external component count.
