XL1507A-ADJE1

XL1507A is a high-voltage, high-efficiency step-down DC-DC switching converter operating at a fixed 150KHz switching frequency with an output current capability of up to 3A. It supports a wide input voltage range of 4.5V~50V and up to 100% duty cycle output. The integrated loop compensation module effectively reduces the number of external components required, helping to lower overall power system cost and save PCB space. The device is available in an ADJ adjustable output voltage version and a 5.0V fixed output voltage version. The IC integrates thermal shutdown protection, output current limiting protection, and short-circuit protection. When short-circuit protection is activated, the switching frequency is reduced from 150KHz to approximately 30KHz.
