XL1509A-12E1

XL1509A is a high-voltage, high-efficiency step-down DC-DC switching converter with a fixed switching frequency of 150kHz and an output current capability of up to 2A. The device supports a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 50V and up to 100% duty cycle output. An integrated loop compensation module helps reduce the number of external components, lowering system cost and saving board space. The converter is available in an adjustable output voltage version as well as fixed output voltage versions of 3.3V, 5.0V, and 12V. The IC integrates thermal shutdown, output current limiting, and short-circuit protection. When short-circuit protection is activated, the switching frequency is reduced from 150kHz to approximately 30kHz.
