Overview
The XL1509 is a 150KHz fixed-frequency PWM step-down DC/DC converter capable of driving a 2A load, featuring high efficiency, low ripple, and excellent line and load regulation. This regulator requires minimal external components, is easy to use, and incorporates internal frequency compensation and a fixed-frequency oscillator. The PWM control circuit allows linear duty cycle adjustment from 0 to 100%. An enable function and overcurrent protection are integrated internally. When the secondary current limiting function is triggered, the operating frequency reduces from 150KHz to 50KHz. A built-in compensation module minimizes the number of external components required.
