Overview
XL6107 is a high-efficiency boost DC-DC converter with an integrated high-frequency power transistor and Schottky diode, supporting an input voltage range of 2.5V to 20V. The IC operates at a fixed 1.2MHz switching frequency with built-in frequency compensation, allowing the use of small external components to help reduce system cost and board space. The output voltage is set via external resistor dividers, and the low 410mV feedback voltage significantly reduces power dissipation in the external sensing resistors. The EN pin supports TTL-level on/off control, and the IC features built-in output overvoltage protection and thermal shutdown. This device is well-suited for applications requiring ultra-low quiescent current and a very compact footprint.
