Overview
XL6109 is a high-efficiency boost DC-DC converter with an integrated high-frequency power transistor and Schottky diode, supporting an input voltage range of 2.5V to 25V. The switching frequency is 1.2MHz with a built-in frequency compensation circuit, allowing the use of cost-effective small external components to reduce overall power system cost and minimize PCB space. The output voltage is set via external voltage-divider resistors, and the low feedback voltage of 410mV significantly reduces power dissipation in the external sampling resistors. The EN pin supports TTL enable/disable control, with built-in output overvoltage protection and thermal shutdown protection. This device is suited for applications with stringent requirements on quiescent current and form factor.
