Overview
XL7025 is a high-efficiency, high-voltage step-down DC-DC converter operating at a fixed 150KHz switching frequency, capable of delivering up to 0.6A output current with low ripple and excellent line and load regulation. The device integrates a fixed-frequency oscillator and frequency compensation circuitry, simplifying circuit design. Its PWM control loop enables linear duty cycle adjustment from 0 to 100%. Built-in output overcurrent protection reduces the switching frequency from 150KHz to 45KHz under short-circuit conditions. An internal compensation block helps minimize the external component count.
