ZXLD1360-MS

ZXLD1360-MS is a continuous inductor current conduction mode buck LED constant-current driver designed to drive one or more LED strings. Operating voltage ranges from 5.5V to 30V, providing adjustable output current with a maximum output current of up to 1A. Depending on the input voltage and external components, it can drive LEDs with total power up to tens of watts. The device integrates a power switch with high-side current sensing, and a DIM pin compatible with both PWM and analog dimming. When the DIM pin voltage falls below 0.3V, the output shuts down and enters standby mode. An integrated over-temperature protection circuit is included; when the chip reaches the over-temperature protection threshold, it enters over-temperature protection mode and gradually reduces the output current to improve system reliability. A patented circuit architecture eliminates output current overshoot during low dropout operation, extending LED service life. A patented constant-current circuit delivers excellent load regulation and line regulation. Available in SOT-23-5 package.
