Overview
The 24C32 series is a 32,768-bit serial EEPROM organized as 4,096 words of 8 bits (one byte) each. Manufactured using a proprietary advanced CMOS process, these devices are suited for low-power and low-voltage applications. They are available in standard 8-pin DIP, 8-pin SOP (SOIC-8), 8-pin MSOP, 8-pin TSSOP, 5-pin SOT-23, and 5-pin TSOT-23 packages. A standard 2-wire serial interface is used to address all read and write operations. The wide VCC operating range of 1.8V to 5.5V makes these devices suitable for a broad range of applications.
