Overview
The 662K-TD is a high ripple rejection, low quiescent current, low dropout CMOS step-down LDO regulator with overcurrent and short-circuit protection. The device features an ultra-low typical quiescent current of 8.0μA, capable of delivering 250mA output current under minimal input-to-output voltage differential while maintaining good voltage regulation. Its low dropout voltage and low quiescent current characteristics make it well-suited for battery-powered applications requiring extended battery life.
