Overview

The 74HC/HCT574 is an 8-bit rising-edge-triggered D-type flip-flop with 3-state outputs. The device features a clock input and an output enable input. When the output enable is HIGH, the outputs are in a high-impedance state. Changes in the output enable input do not affect the internal flip-flop states.
