AiP24C32 is a 32K-bit serial EEPROM with a memory organization of 4096×8 bits. The device is internally organized into 128 pages of 32 bytes each, requiring a 12-bit data word address for random word addressing. It features an I²C interface, making it suitable for low-power, low-voltage systems.
