Overview

AiP431/AiP432 are three-terminal adjustable voltage reference circuits that meet specified thermal stability requirements across both commercial and industrial temperature ranges. The output voltage can be set to any value between Vref (approximately 2.5V) and 36V using two external resistors. The devices feature a typical output impedance of 0.2Ω. They serve as excellent replacements for Zener diodes in many applications, such as op-amp circuits, adjustable power supplies, and switching power supplies. AiP432 offers identical functionality and electrical characteristics to AiP431, but with a different package pin assignment.
