Overview
AiP5901 is a single-channel touch key sensor IC designed primarily for capacitive touch key applications. It provides single-channel touch key driving capability, with output mode configurable via hardware.

- Single-channel capacitive touch key driver
- Operating voltage: 2.1V ~ 5.5V
- Operating current (VDD = 3V): normal mode 3.7uA, low-power mode 2.7uA
- Auto entry into low-power mode (no key press for 10 seconds)
- Key response time: normal mode 60ms, low-power mode 120ms
- Sensitivity adjustment via TK pin external capacitor
- Multiple output mode options
- Long-press reset function
- Low-voltage (2.0V) reset function
