AKZ25V15R

The AKZ25V15R/AKX25V15R/AKS25V15R series are high-voltage integrated regulators (HVIR) developed by ARK using MOSovp® technology. This series features an integrated temperature compensation design with excellent temperature characteristics. The internally integrated N-channel depletion-mode MOSFET offers extremely fast response speed, effectively suppressing circuit surges and transient interference, reducing output voltage ripple, ensuring stable output voltage, and maintaining ultra-low quiescent current. The AKZ25V15R/AKX25V15R/AKS25V15R series integrates a depletion-mode MOSFET internally, delivering fast response speed to effectively suppress circuit surges and transient interference, providing reliable overvoltage protection for load circuits. This series can withstand voltages up to 180V, making it ideal for applications with wide input voltage range power supplies. It can be used directly as a regulator to convert high voltage to stable low voltage and supply power to loads such as MCUs. In QC2.0/3.0 and Type-C/PD charger circuits, the AKZ25V15R/AKX25V15R/AKS25V15R serves as a high-voltage linear regulator to power PWM ICs, with an allowable input voltage up to 180V, effectively simplifying the circuit. Furthermore, the typical output voltage can reach 24V at IOUT = 1mA, reducing self-power dissipation and achieving balanced power distribution between the device and the PWM IC, which is beneficial for optimizing system thermal management.
