Overview
The AMS1117 is a low dropout linear regulator capable of providing 1A output current. This series includes both fixed and adjustable output voltage versions, with an output voltage accuracy of ±1.5%. To ensure the stability of the chip and the power supply system, the AMS1117 incorporates built-in thermal protection and current limiting protection. Additionally, trimming technology is employed to ensure the output voltage accuracy is maintained within ±1.5%. The AMS1117 is available in SOT-223 and TO-252-2L packages.
