AMS1117 is a positive output low dropout three-terminal linear voltage regulator. It is available in both fixed voltage output and adjustable voltage output versions. With integrated overcurrent protection and thermal shutdown circuitry to prevent excessive junction temperatures caused by ambient conditions, it is suitable for a wide range of electronic applications.
