Overview
The AMS1117CD is a low dropout linear regulator with a typical dropout voltage of only 1.4V at 900mA output current. In addition to multiple fixed voltage versions (Vout = 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, 5V), an adjustable output version is also available, offering an output voltage range of 1.25V to 10V. Comprehensive overcurrent and thermal protection is provided (with a wide operating temperature range of -10°C to 85°C), ensuring stability of both the IC and the power supply system. Advanced trimming techniques are employed during production to maintain output voltage and reference accuracy within ±1%. Available in SOT-223, TO-252, SOT-89, and SOT-23 packages.
