Overview
The AP8022H integrates a PWM controller and an 800V high-avalanche-capability smart power MOSFET, designed for low-power offline switching power supplies. The chip provides comprehensive intelligent protection features, including overcurrent protection, undervoltage protection, over-temperature protection, and soft-start functionality. Burst mode operation reduces power consumption during system standby; frequency jittering helps improve EMI performance of offline switching power supplies. The chip also incorporates a built-in high-voltage startup module to ensure rapid system startup.
