Overview
AS7201AP is a high-performance synchronous rectification power switch designed to replace secondary-side Schottky diodes in flyback converters, featuring an integrated 40V ultra-low on-resistance power MOSFET for improved system efficiency. It supports both high-side floating and low-side ground-referenced synchronous rectification topologies, and is compatible with multiple operating modes including DCM, QR mode, and CCM. The device employs a proprietary VCC supply technology to prevent under-voltage operation, and integrates VCC UVLO, overvoltage clamping, and drive pin noise immunity features. AS7201AP is available in an SOP8L package.
