Overview
AS7202AP is a high-performance synchronous rectification power switch designed to replace secondary-side Schottky diodes in flyback converters, integrating a 45V ultra-low on-resistance power MOSFET to improve system efficiency. It supports both "high-side floating ground" and "low-side common ground" synchronous rectification architectures, and is compatible with multiple operating modes including Discontinuous Conduction Mode (DCM), Quasi-Resonant mode (QR), and Continuous Conduction Mode (CCM). The device employs a proprietary VCC supply technology to ensure the chip never operates under undervoltage conditions. In addition, it integrates VCC undervoltage protection, overvoltage clamping, and drive pin noise filtering. AS7202AP is available in an SOP8L package.
