Overview

AS7212AP is a high-performance synchronous rectification power switch designed to replace secondary-side Schottky diodes in flyback converters. The device integrates a 60V ultra-low on-resistance power MOSFET to improve system efficiency, supports both high-side floating and low-side ground-referenced synchronous rectification topologies, and is compatible with DCM, QR mode, and CCM. It employs a proprietary VCC supply technology to prevent the chip from operating under undervoltage conditions, and integrates VCC undervoltage lockout, overvoltage clamping, and drive pin noise immunity. The product is available in a compact SOP-8 package.
