Overview
The 24C02/04/08/16/32/64 series are EEPROMs organized as 256/512/1024/2048/4096/8192×8 bits respectively, featuring a 2-wire serial interface. Operating voltage can be as low as 1.8V, with typical standby and active currents of 1μA and 1mA respectively. These devices support page write capability, with page sizes of 8/16/16/16/32/32 bytes respectively. Available in 8-pin PDIP, 8-pin SOP, and 5-pin SOT-23 packages.
