Overview
24C02/04/08/16/32/64 are electrically erasable programmable read-only memories organized as 256/512/1024/2048/4096/8192×8 bits respectively, with a two-wire serial interface. Operating voltage can be as low as 1.8V, with typical standby and active currents of 1μA and 1mA respectively. These devices support page write capability, with page sizes of 8/16/16/16/32/32 bytes respectively. Available in three package options: 8-pin PDIP, 8-pin SOP, and 5-pin SOT-23-5.
