Overview
The 24C128 series is a 131,072-bit serial EEPROM organized as 16,384 words of 8 bits (one byte) each. The device is fabricated using a proprietary advanced CMOS process, suitable for low-power and low-voltage applications. These devices are available in standard 8-pin DIP, 8-pin SOP, 8-pin MSOP, 8-pin TSSOP, and 8-pin UDFN packages. All read and write operations are implemented via a standard two-wire serial interface. The extended Vcc operating voltage range (1.8V to 5.5V) supports a wide range of applications.
