The AT24C32A / AT24C64A provides 32768/65536 bits of serial EEPROM, internally organized as 4096/8192 words of 8 bits each. The device is optimized for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications where low power consumption and low voltage operation are essential. The AT24C32A / AT24C64A is available in space-saving 8-pin DIP, 8-pin SOP, and 8-pin MSOP packages and is accessed via a two-wire serial interface.
