The AT24C64-TD is an electrically erasable programmable read-only memory organized as 8192×8 bits with a two-wire serial interface. Operating voltage is as low as 1.8V, with a typical standby current of 1μA and typical active current of 1mA. The device supports page write capability with 32 bytes per page, available in 8-pin PDIP, 8-pin SOP, and 5-pin SOT-23-5 packages.
