Overview
The AW9523B is an I²C interface, 16-channel breathing light and 16-channel GPIO expander controller. It features 16 bidirectional GPIO ports, each of which can be configured as LED drive mode via command. In GPIO mode, each GPIO can be individually configured as input or output. In LED drive mode, the outputs are common-anode constant-current controlled, with 256 adjustable levels per channel. Additionally, four different levels of maximum drive current IMAX can be selected through the global control bits ISEL[1:0].
