BP2522X is a high-precision, low standby power non-isolated buck constant voltage driver IC. Suitable for non-isolated power supplies with full voltage input ranging from 85Vac to 265Vac. The IC integrates a high-voltage power switch and employs a proprietary voltage-current control technique, achieving excellent constant voltage characteristics without external loop compensation capacitors, significantly reducing system cost and board space. The IC adopts multi-mode control technology and draws VCC supply from the output, effectively reducing system standby power consumption, improving efficiency and dynamic performance, and minimizing noise under light-load conditions. Available in SOT33-5A package.
