BY25Q20AW is a 2Mbit SPI Flash memory designed for a wide range of high-density consumer applications where program code can be loaded from Flash into embedded or external RAM for execution. The device features a flexible erase architecture and page erase granularity, making it equally well-suited for data storage, eliminating the need for additional data storage devices.
