Overview

CBM1117 is a series of low dropout regulators capable of providing output current up to 0.8A. CBM1117 offers fixed output voltages of 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5.0V, as well as an adjustable voltage option. On-chip trimming precisely adjusts the reference and output voltage to within ±2%, while current limiting is ensured to be set at the specified output current with controlled short-circuit current. The CBM1117 series is available in SOT-223 and TO-252 packages. A minimum 10uF tantalum capacitor at the output is required to improve transient response and stability.
