Overview

The CBM803X/CBMM809X/CBM810X series monitors power supply voltages in microprocessor systems. They provide reset outputs during power-up and power-down events. During power-up, an internal timer holds the reset active for 240ms, keeping the microprocessor in reset until conditions stabilize. Reset output remains operational when VCC drops as low as 1V. The CBM803X and CBM809X provide an active-low reset signal (RESET) output, while the CBM810X provides an active-high signal (RESET) output. The CBM809X and CBM810X feature push-pull outputs, whereas the CBM803X features an open-drain output, which requires an external pull-up resistor. Seven threshold voltage options are available for monitoring various supply voltages. The CBM803X/CBM809X/CBM810X draws 17μA quiescent current, suitable for low-power portable devices. The CBM803X is available in SC70 package; the CBM809X/CBM810X are available in SOT-23 and SC70 packages.
