Overview
The CD4011A consists of four dual-input NAND gates, fabricated using wide-voltage CMOS IC technology. It offers advantages including low power consumption, strong noise immunity, and flexible application. The device features symmetrical source and drain current drive capability, compliant with the CD4000 series output driver standard. The design incorporates output buffer stages to provide high gain for improved transfer characteristics and switching performance, and is insensitive to output impedance. All inputs are protected by diodes connected to VDD and VSS to prevent ESD damage. Unused inputs must be connected to VDD, VSS, or other inputs. The device is available in SOP-14, TSSOP-14, and DIP-14 packages.
